Install SwapBack from Shopify and open it in Shopify Admin; store authentication is automatic. Review the return rules and share the store-specific portal. Add the customer-account blocks to Profile and Orders and add the order action in Shopify's customer-account editor, then save the active configuration. Review incoming requests, attach a merchant PDF or create a return-authorization PDF, record a replacement choice, and export CSV reports. Customers can download their return PDF from the verified request's status page. Refunds, store credit, replacement orders, photo evidence, and carrier postage are handled separately by the merchant; SwapBack does not execute those actions or accept store-credit requests.
